Rectifying of their mistake

I'm not impressed with Standard Bank Home loans department. They made a mistake on our home loan approval form or quotation by making the retention amount more than the financed amount and the registering attorneys are unable to proceed with the registration of our bond due to this mistake. The matter was escalated to Standard Bank to sort out since the 25th November 2013 and to date the matter isn't resolved. I phone their call centre today and I spoke to Kedibone who kept me waiting on the line for more than 30 minutes and still the matter is not resolved. I'm really not impressed with the level of service I have received from their Call centre either, I guess is because they don't know that a Home Loan is an emotional product and You don't make a promise You can't keep. The Agent finally informed me that I should hold on for the Supervisor who never took the call and I became impatient and drop the call. What a pathetic service one has experienced! I felt like I could move their entire home loan finance to another Bank. I don't feel valued as a customer. This is a mediocre service from a Giant Bank like Standard BANK!
