Cant draw or transfer money from my cheque acc

Hi,

Nobody able to assist me in Northgate branch regarding my problem.

There is a stop order on my cheque account and personal loan account, but when i transferred money from personal loan account into my cheque account. I'm not allowed to draw it or transfer it.

Please assist.
