Very poo

On Monday 27th January I went to absa eastrandmall mall cause money went of my account with out my permission, I not only waited a hour and a half to be told that I would be contacted back as the bank could not get hold of the person who did the debit. It's now 30th January and still I have not heard a thing. I want my money reversed or I am going further. It's seems to me that ABSA does not care which they don't. Please could someone help me
