Exceptional Service

The service that i've received from Loise yesterday around 16H10 was exceptional. I was about to change my account with Nedbank to other bank because of the terrible service i received from Nedbank Randburg Square since i opened my account with them in December 2012.I am not going to change or move account with Nedbank anymore because of the service i received at Westgate. Keep it up Loise. I wish i can change my banch from Randburg Square to Westate cause i don't think i will ever go that branch (Randburg Square) anymore. Sometimes there is only one consultant, when you ask they tell you that the other consultant went to fetch his/her child at school and the other one is eating. Shine Nedbank Westgate!!!
