Finaly I managed to make a stop order for my kids investments and didn't even need their birth certicates as Garankuwa Branch told me they won't be able to help me without even checking my profile on their system with the I'd number. Also managed to redeem my greenbacks, thanks to JJ as her collegues calls her and for explaining how it works. WELL DONE TO PRETORIA NORTH AND KEEP IT UP WITH THOSE LOVELY SMILES:)
