What a waste of time

I called the call centre today to redeem my Greenbacks...
After going through multiple menus I stopped responding to be finally after 3min40sec put through to someone or something...
I can not tell if it was a human on the other end as the connection was so bad
I then walked to the Walmer Park Branch
I was asked if I needed help while waiting in the customer enquirers line. I explained I wanted to call someone over the shocking state of the call centre. The lady asked what I was attempting to do.
I explained that I wanted to redeem my greenbacks. I was asked to go back to the line I had been standing in and ask for a swipe card. After explaining again to the lady in enquirers, I then had to wait to speak to the branch manager.

So much for ask once
I left without redeeming my Greenbacks
I am charged a fortune for this type of service I wasted 30min to become frustrated...
