Good day,

On the 15th of this month Standard Bank deducted R700 for above mentioned, although this policy was cancelled a month ago.

A new policy (Liberty Life) are already in place at amount of R574, 80.

Above mentioned was confirmed with Standard Bank - Still they deducted above mentioned amount.

Please assist me regarding this matter.
