SUPRISE, YOU OWE US MONEY!!!

Seriously, are some banks just useless. I closed my ABSA Savings account a while ago only to be told I owe them bank fees? I am so irritated and the fact that I have to go into a branch each time for simple things is just so overated. Can you guys not move with the times. Please fix this error asap.
