FAULTY ATM

Continues faults with this ATM. Buttons do not work, ATM often out of order, Screen is cracked and often delayed reaction. As a result of these faults as an FNB customer I then have to incur additional banking costs as I have to draw money from a NON-FNB ATM. Faults have been reported numerous of times and obviously basic repairs are done as the repairs do not last very long. Vandalism is used for the excuse of the faulty ATM but the other ATMS at this centre are always working. This ATM services quite a large area. Suggestion is instead of occurring costs for minor repairs replace the ATM all together. This has been an ongoing problem for the last year!!!
