On Monday morning i went to draw money from a nedbank ATM, because of a fault on the machine my card was swallowed. I immediately contacted the cancellations number to cancel my card, i was told it would take 3-5 working days. As today was the 3rd day i decided to go through to FNB Karaglen to see if the card had arrived yet. I approached a lady at the customer service only to be told that i will receive an sms (which wasn't told to me on the phone) i explained to her that it was my only bank account and all my money is in there and i am unable to do anything, my car is running on reserve and i don't have a cent in my wallet, and asked if there is anything we can do here? her response... I've got nothing to say to you! I'm sitting with no money because i entrusted it into your bank for safe keeping and now i cant even access my own hard earned money!!! and to top it off your representative tells me she has nothing to say??? i am shocked by this attitude. i asked her several times to please find away to help me, but no her response was the same "I've got nothing to say to you"... So I must sit, pray i have enough petrol to get home from work today
