I was drawing money at the machine after punching my pin my card was swallowed by the machine. I tried to draw the attention of the security who was inside the bank but he just shrugged his, right there I receive a message on my phone R3000.00 have been drawn from my account.
My account was closed and I was issued with a new card. I had to phone the you wait for 2hours which I could not spare.
The following day my niece did phone on my behalf and they said Im commiting and she will ask someone to phone me Im still waiting
The bank does not protect its customers the was no security at the machines, these people own the machines. My money did not come out of the machine that swallowed my card. I want my money It isnot my fault.
