Policy Cash-Back not paid

We received a letter from the insurance written thus " We are pleased to inform you that your Policy Cash-Back to the value of R782.5, which is 5% of your annual premiums, will be paid to you before the 01 December 2013". Did we receive the money? No! It is very disappointing for such a big company to make promises that they cannot keep. Can We please get feedback on this matter.
