Clearing Queries without attending to them

Queries on charges and documents signed when opening the account merely cleared as resolved by staff yet again to lazy or incompetent to do their jobs.

65649971, 65696845, 65940833, 65940835, 66206182, 66206287, all show resolved over period of 3 months, whilst they clarly are NOT.

Couple this to the disinterested service where they do not even read or bring a one pager submitted to its follow up meeting for discussion, the chasing around of a client by youngster who thinks he owns the bank, the economical truths, and then the outright from the investment advisor who turned out not to be PPS accredited after all (strung me along for a year, and offered a solution 50% less after 10 years), this is a branch and a bank to avoid like the plague. The account was moved to another cluster, and I am unble to get an answer who is responsible now, except to go stand in the queue and waste some more of my time!
