25 year customer lost to bad service

On 15th November 2013 there was a break in on our property, my father took my 89 year old aunt to their brother, locked the gates and came back 3 hours later to the house that was broken into. After almost 2 months and very bad communication they have notified us they won't pay a cent. What is worse is that my mother has worked for Zurich for over 21 years, we last claimed 13 years back and never claimed against the policy for minor things.

Their attitude and customer service was an insult, and yet they want us to reconsider staying with Zurich!

This has been the worst service we have experienced, wrong communication sent to client, not responding to mails and the claims officer that has to be reminded of the claim details every time we made contact.

I discourage people to do business with Zurich as they are losing face, we are not the first people complaining and won't be the last. This was a legacy lost!
