Claims department offer bad service

On the 6th of Mei 2013 I had an accident, my passenger got injured according to their contract from a valid claim and I signed for it, they are intitled to pay a minimum of R750. For the hospitaal they never paid a cent on that I tried to meet them half way by paying the half amount with my medical aid still they fail to pay. I called so many times till today the hospitaal blacklisted me for their fault, I'm not happy for that they must pay me for that bad service.
