Appalling service and running with my money

I am so tired of getting the run around. It has now been 4 months and i'm still waiting for my money. Every time i call in, I get told stories for the past 2 months. I am going to take this further should i not get a response or callback in 24 hours!!! I should have been paid my provident fund in December already, then they told me that they didn't have my tax number. I then gave this to them weeks ago. Now when i call in, i'm being told they cannot find the person who is dealing with my account. What kind of nonsense is this?!?!?! Then am advised to call again after 48 hours! Is this? This is absolutely ridiculous and absurd! I will take this further! Nobody tells me anything instead they all duck and dive! I would love my money in my account as soon as possible. I have never had such in my life... Will someone tell me what's going on and when will i get MY money. Not our's, but MINE!!!
