AGAIN THIS BANK DOES IT

It is just beyond me the level of service and stupidy this bank operates at. It just blows my mind how i can have 5 complaints on my account in the last 6 months. Just this past weekend the Rosslyn's Branch ATM were not working with no options but to withdraw from the branch. I confirmed with the consultant about my charges to be reassured that I will be charged ATM rates . well that was not the case and to be told to go withdraw at anothe banks atm like. I move away from it and understand AGAIN this morning I get debited 1880 and was not as per our agreement someone better call me fast and fix this and help me close all my accounts with this institution cause I have had enough .!!!
