Slow response after case opening

On the 22/07 I withdraw money from a OTM. But the OTM message was that my request cannot be process, please contact your nearest branch. I receive no money. I went home and receive a incontact message that the money was withdraw, and indeed it went of our bankaccount. I went to the branch and opened a case, but no feedback as to what is going to happen or when it will be refunded. I phoned the bank and nobody is returning my call. How long does this take then and is someone actually doing something about it?
