8 months and counting to get my car fixed

My Fortuner was about 8 months ago. The police recovered it in 2 hours. Dashboard was ripped up and superficial damage on the side panels and bonnet. Took Miway 3 months to get my car to me. Air- didn't work and the dashboard pieces didn't fit into each other. The air bag was standing out about 3 cm. MF Autobody's took the car back and I had to resend the car in 3 times and still they didnt fix the problems. I had enough and took the car to Toyota. They informed me that the car could have been in an accident as the Boozoka bar was bent and it would take enormous force to do that. And MF Autobody's replaced my nudge bar. Why they had to replace a nudge bar is beyond me and Toyota. I am still waiting for feedback from Miway in any regards to when they will fix my dashboard in the correct manner. I have phoned and emailed them multiple times and nothing has been done.
