I phoned OUTsurance to enquire about the premium of one of the cars that we insure as it seemed high. Ntombi proceeded to look at it, lower the premium, lower the excesses and add free car hire in case of damage to the car and to do the same with the other cars without being asked to do it. She also went through the entire portfolio and managed to lower our total premium considerably. This was going the extra mile. All done quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner. Thank you.
