FICA every 6 months!!!

According to the law you only need to FICA your personal account when opening it, well we have had our account put on hold every 6 months because somebody at ABSA simple gives us a temporary clearance and nobody actually put through the documentation (supplied about 4 times now) to clear us permanently. This is ludicrous, embarrassing and a waste of time. Why can ABSA not just get it sorted once and for all it should be simple if only they had a brain or the willingness to do their job. We are not asking for anything more that just THEIR JOB!!!
