REPEATED HACKING & FROM MY ACOOUNTS

I fell victim twice. The first was on 2012/10/19, I lodged a complaint on 2012/10/20 and it was resolved.
The second one was on 2013/11/30, an unknown SAS atm withdrawal. I lodged a complaint at the Bramley within 45 minutes and surrendered the card to Lazarus Hlongwane (Balfour Park was closed for renovations). He couldn't issue me with a replacement card as they did not have stock. (Ref 2616439). I returned a week later and they still did not have cards.
After 45 days (on 2014/01/2014) without any feedback I made a follow up with the branch. A print out from David 011 354 4804 had the determination that ABSA could not be held liable for my financial loss inasmuch as this transaction was effected using my pin number and a card with the same serial number as mine. Implicit in this disclaimer is that if ABSA's security is compromised and accessed by hackers who will clone my card it's my problem.
I have lost cash and charges for balance enquiries and the withdrawal by the hacker, eventually resulting in a negative balance. The hacker gets away with my cash and ABSA gets profit from bank charges on transactions.
I think banking with ABSA is not only costly it is very risky
