Great service with a saving in premium

I inadvertently called the Dial direct "small claims" call centre instead of the main call centre. Cheyan Singh answered the phone and informed me that I called the incorrect number. However, as part of the call he checked my details and he reduced by premiums without me asking. Cheyan was friendly, efficient and save me money!
