Bad Communication with Clients

I have emailed the Oneplan supplier 3 times, without a response. I then get an email stating my query was resolved. I finally got a reply after my 4th attempt. I requested information on my current balance, so I can ensure my eft payments are up to date. Turns out, I was given a premium increase without being aware of it, and now owe a R370 arrears. I receive regular sms advising my payments have been received, however no mention I had an arrears and in the event of a claim... all those months paying I was not actually covered. However not budgeted for, If I do not pay the arrears immediately, the premium i paid this month will not ensure my cover... suppose its then money for mahala. This is a lack of communication between client and service provider and once again the consumer is left to deal with their slack service.
