Double deducted R1475 time 2 on my loan account

Hi, my Name is Boitumelo and Nedbank deducted my account twice for R1475 and when i called in for them to reverse one payment they said no and i told them its for my Daughters school fees but the lady just didnt care and in December i had told them i was experiencing a problem so they can deduct my account from December every month with the instalment of R1475 and i dont know why they deducted twice as if im an Animal and i dont have other responsibilities. and now i dont know how im gonna pay for my child"s fee and transport and food.
