I am under debt review. ABSA have already sent m 3 summons's for defaulting on that when in reality I havent skipped a payment before and while on debt review.
the 1st time it happend, i had to pay a lawyer (who i am still paying off) to deal with the summons.
What i need from ABSA is for them to stop sending me summon's and also they should be paying for the lawyer account as they gave it to me in error.
i have just sent another account to their actionline email. Lets see which method gets responded to first?
