Service stinks

We were at the bank yesterday to register our new business acc but every time we go there are so few consultants available they tell us they on lunch or some were there are no helpful staff to help so why do your advertising our great your bank is but your service stinks your guys are not improving all your care is to take our money. Same on you!!!
There is no service from yourselves your staff is pathetic!!!
