Most unprofessional bank to deal with

I have paid up a loan with fnb last year december. I spoke to 3 consultants since then and not of them could assist me, i have been billed from this year january till this month for a loan which i have already paid for. All da consultants ask me for proof which i send to them and not one of them came back to me. The amount is calculated to almost R5000 which is owed to me because they are incompetent to link my payments to the my loans. It is now 3 days since i have enquired about this problem. Fnb service stinks no one follows up ang gets back to you. If staff are incompetent send them for proper training and make the life of your customers much easier. No one not even management has contacted me. This is disgusting service.
