APPLICATION FOR RETIREMENT FUND ASSISTED LOAN

I applied a few times for a Retirement Assisted Home Loan from FNB because our Provident Fund have an agreemnet with the FNB. On Thursday, 19/12/2013 at 11:12, I put a Pre-Approval Application in for the abovementioned Loan and on 19/12/2013 at 11:26, I received an answer that that states: "Please note we cannot assist you as your previous application declined as you are under debt counselling ." On 19/12/2013 at 12:14 I replied as follows: "I do not understand why it shows on Debt counselling while I cancelled the debt counselling in June 2013." On 19/12/2013 at 12:53 I received a formal letter from the FNB LOANS which states the following: " Your loan application has been declined due to the following reason (s):
? Debt Couseling
? Overall Credit Criteria not met" What I could see is BAD Attitude from the FNB LOANS because I have the right to know why did the DEBT REVIEW APPLICATION still show on the system of FNB while the Debt Counsellor assured me that the process was completed when they sent out the 17.4 FORM to my Creditors and they should updated their system accordingly. I was discriminated against because the Bank did not look at my application. All Creditors are paidup
