Service plan query not attended to after 3 months!

Vehicle purchased with service plan. Over the past two years it has been an absolute nightmare to have the car serviced due to Liquid Capital records not corresponding.

I have on numerous occasions either not been able to service the vehicle or have now according to them "missed a service" all due to internal records being incorrect and no proper paper trail being available.

It is alleged that the last 6 digits of your VIN number is used to claim a service with this company (and more than one vehicle can have the last 6 digits being identical on the VIN number). This is apparently what has caused the "incorrect records".

This matter has been escalated from consultant to line manager to legal department and it seems that the buck just keeps being passed from one person to the next as no one knows what is going on or willing to take responsibility.

Also phoned to speak to a manager, and there was apparently no one available. Left my details and have still not hear back. Have sent numerous mails following up emails also - without any response.

At least have the common decency to let the customer know you are working on the query - don't just ignore them!!!
