VERY BAD SERVICE

Hi

I received the worst possible service from alaxanderforbes during the past couple of days, i lodged a claim of on the 24th of december 2013 i then had to deal with 2 different people of which they were of no assistance at all till i was referred to a lady by the name of Sarie Du Plessis who tried to assist me process the claim, but it took 9 days to get this claim finalized, by then I have had to buy used wheels I had been using for the past couple of days since I was never even offered a courtesy car of which I get charged for every month, im a journalist, I use my car to go to work as I awkward hours. at the end i had to ask her to cancel my claim. so all in all i lost my original wheels that i had on the car, had to pay for the replacement & was never reimbursed for it & to me this is very poor service & it should never be experienced by any other paying client.
