Refuse claim

This morning when i woke up i found out that my 4 wheel tyres were and my car was placed on top of the bricks. the matter was reported to the police immediately. To my surprise when i called my insurance i was told that my wheels were not insured. i asked then is it possible that can buy a car without wheels. the service i got was very poor. Josh who is my portfolio Manager was not helpful at all. He promised to come back to me after an hour and he never did. My car is less than a month old. i paid the insurance 4 days after i bought the car and at the end of the month. now when i want to claim no one is prepared to help me. Theres is no where in the contract that states that the wheels are not covered.
