No payment of policy

My husband died in May 2013, he had a retirement annuity policy - I complied with the 20 page document to be filled in and faxed which costs R40 and then they still resent the information again after i had already clarified it and had it certified by the police, then on top of that i had to follow up an ortopsy report as my husband committed suicide, i then went to the trouble going to the Chief of Police who informed me the Old Mutual is supposed to pay for this report but i got it for them for had to fax this at another amount and then i still sent them the original copies via an agent, then still to date i have heard nothing - and this is what i keep getting (We have forwarded your request for processing. Each and every time i send an email this is what i get back or it will be 10 working days, it is now 4 months, I have 2 girls to feed, cloth and house and he left me no other money, please i really need this to be finalized
