SIMPLY NO RESPONSE

My fiance and I both setted our nedbank loan accounts in full at the begining of January 2013.
I have sent numerous email to [Email Removed] reqiesting confirmation of settlement as well as a letter stating same and that any ITC related listings be removed.

Needless to say, we have heard NOTHING from them!
When you owe them money, they will phone you every half hour, but when you have paid them and need them to do their bit, then nothing happens.
I do not want some Tom, or Harry phoning me 3 months or 3 years from now regarding these loans. So I would like Nedbank to gett off their lazy and respond!

I can understand why there are numerous complaints on Hello Peter regarding NEDBANK.
