BOND INSURANCE - ADDED WITHOUT CONSENT

We received a letter dated 02/01/2013 in the post on Sat 16th Feb stating that Nedbank had tried to contact us on numerous occasions to request confirmation of our insurance to which we did not reply.
Never did Nedbank contact us by post, email or phone regarding this - but 4 months ago when we signed for the bond, we handed in confirmation of insurance cover.
Now Nedbank takes it upon themselves to add on their insurance without consent and send us a snotty letter in the process.
They need to make sure of their facts and act a little more proffessionally in the future.
ALL of our accounts and policies are with Nedbank, so there is NO excuse fore the error.
Further, all extra insurance costs and all interest occurred needs to be reversed with immediate effect.
I am tottally disgusted with the lack of service received!!!
