Got sms for balance outstanding nedbank loan

I had a loan with nedbank which i had arrangements for over two years now i made payments monthly until the 28th of November 2012 which i pnone nedbank and they say my loan is paid up and overpaid with R1000 which i paid on the 28th of November 2012. They say the will refund me the overpayment which they did on the 3rd of December 2012 and i have requested a letter of settlement which i did not received to date. Why would i be refunded if my loan is not finish i was contacting a lady Priska at nedbank legal dept which now all of a sudden does not work there anymore and the nedbank staff available just told me i am been handed over whereas i sent them proof of payment from the date of arrangement to date and i have never skip one payment. This is really unprofessional from nedbank and maodi attorneys for not informimg me. I have been removed from the itc listing on the 25th of February 2013 paying last year outstanding debt of R 30 000 for settlement and have waited my period to be removed. Now not even a month from being removed this sms appear on my phone which i have to follow up because for as far as my knwledge is concern i have paid up all debt except bond which is up to date
