I never received a single document from them

In 2011/10 one of Amathubagold consultants contacted me and explained what they do. I open a policy with them and never received any documents which the consultant mentioned. They debiting my account for the past 15months now and I haven't received a single document from them not evens to let me know hw much money I have invested. I tried to contact them and got voicemail sayin I can't leave a message cause the box is full. Service is pathetic if they can't evens send you a massage to say thank you for investing with us or happy new year. I just want my money back that's all cause I can't do business with companies like this. My calculation is R150x15months = R2250 and I would like them to phone me to sort this out. I never received a single statement/report for the past 15 months. Worst financial institution I've ever done business with.
