Outsurance drags their feet with claim

Iwas in an accident on the 17th of July 2012. I was stationary and was hit from behind by a lady in a White Jeep Cherokee.(she is insured with outsurnace) I had a Blue Daihatsu Sirion at that time and was pushed into a White Bakkie who was stationary infront of me. So my car was wrecked from the front and the back. My insurers promptly told me that my car was a write off and put in a claim to Outsurance.

To this day 4 February 2013 the claim is still not settled. 6 and half months later. I am shocked and disgusted that this has taken so long.

I will never advise anyone to insure anything with outsurance.
