Shortpaid hospital claim

I registered a hospital claim in August 2013. It's taken clientel 2 months to pay my claim and thereafter I find that the claim has been short paid. The reasons given by the assessor don't make sense and unsatisfactory. As is, I am canceling my policy with them because I don't want to deal with a dishonest company such as this!!!
