I Took out an Investment account via email through a premier banker named Charlotte De Wee, I requested Charlot De Wee to cancel the Investment and pay out the balance in the account. request was send through on 28 November 2013. it is a continues battle to get my money back, she always changes her story, her manager Wayne Joao is also unable to resolve this matter.

employees at FNB are unable to send me proof that I was fully informed regarding terms and conditions of cancellation. I am still waiting for proof that they have given me the terms and conditions PRIOR to me taking out this investment, According to the information on the email I need to give one day notice, a week has passed and I still did not receive my funds, even though I have send several emails to FNB regarding this matte
