Unfair Billing

I used to pay R897 every month for my old Ford Focus 2008, and I recently change the car to a new Ford Focus 2013, as I requested the quotation for the new car, of which it was apparently less than a R1000, and I asked them to activate the policy immediately, but now my first Debit order of my new car insurance went up R2387 of which I didn't even receive any formal communication regarding this, I called them and laid a complain and no one called back and advise why R2387 was deducted from my account by Aib, and this is the new monthly premium then I will have to cancel the policy with a formal communication.
