They deducted money off my account "R399.00" for a admin fee and I still have not received my refund as requested from them over two weeks ago.

I never gave them t permission to do this. They sent me an sms stating I need to pay R399 for an admin fee into a bank account, I then phoned them and said that I am not interested anymore and they need to cancel everything, which apparently they did. I sent the proof that they money went off my account as hey requested this before they will be able to do the refund. I am still waiting for this refund and they just don't care.
