No Service!!!

I have to say that when i saw all of the complains on how people struggle to get there claims to pay out i was shocked. I have been struggling for over a month know to get my claims processed and to get them to pay out.
I have called 4 times on one occasion the lady told me she will call me back with info on this matter that was last week Friday, and i am still waiting for the call! I called again today and still they can not give me info. I was told the first time i called to ask when the payout will be done, i was told that it was in the Que and the payout will take place on Friday (6 Sept. 2013). And surprise, surprise still no payout and still no info. What do people have to do to get their payout and feedback?
I have followed every instruction as given by Essentail med, and this is the service i get. For what am i paying? Every time we call for pre-approval we are told please pay out of own pocket and claim back from medical aid.
But it takes so long to get the money back! So once again what am i paying for here???!!!
