On the 9th April 2013, my car was hit by a white guy by the name of Petrus Bornman, policy number GS 174146, his car is insured by Integresure, thr guy admitted that he was wrong. Contacted my Insurance and was told that my car is a write-off, they never gave me an option, called integrisure, was told to submit documents on this email address [Email Removed] its been three months now and i havent heard anything, its like they dont care, been with this insurer for more that five years, didnt get anything, and i was not wrong, somebody else was. We both had insurances, what is the use of having an isurance thats the question i ask them, there was no answer, need assitance dont know who to contact with regards to this.
