Inability to produce Tax Certificate

I require a Tax certificate/Contribution Statement indicating my provident contributions for the 2012/2013 tax year.

I joined the fund in November 2011, and left the fund in June 2013.

Two weeks ago I requested a call back via the website for this. Initially the online form was faulty. Later, I did manage to get a request through. Two days later no one had called. I then proceeded to lodge a complaint through the Alexander Forbes website. Kiren Singh swiftly responded. He supplied me with the document that indicates what money was paid out to me after leaving the fund, i.e. this is for the wrong tax period (2013/2014).

When I indicated that I wanted a statement of contributions made by myself/my previous employer, he had the nerve to call and ask WHY I wanted that document.

Since then he informed me that there has been several difficulties and will advise me by way "of a letter" what they were. This was 6 days ago. No news.

On Friday I used a different channel, [Email Removed] Today I received my tax document - IT IS ONCE AGAIN THE WRONG DOCUMENT.

I require a Tax certificate/Statement of Contributions for 1 March 2012 - 28 February 2013.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???
