The worst service I have ever experience

Unfortunately this is now the second time I have to report OOBA. My fire claim occurred on the 31st October 2012. A feeble attempt was made to repair the damages. The workmanship was not up to scratch. It took a hellopeter report to get a response from OOBA after 3 months of phoning and emailing. They requested I obtain a quotation for the repair. This was sent through on the 24th June, the 1st of July and again today on the 4th of July. I have not received a phone call, an email to acknowledge receipt of my mail, even a read receipt. I am still living with a damaged house and I am just not sure what the next step should be. I am at my wits end and I have in my life never experience such bad service.
