DOUBLE DEBITS &INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER DATES!

In literally 7 days African bank has debited my account on the incorrect day (bank charges because it bounced) on the 22nd June 2013, then on the 27th of June they debit my account for R2771.58, then on the 28th of June 2013 they debit my account again for the same amount. I am furious because this is the third time this is happening and each time they say they have a system fault. is this not? at this point i have a good mind to just find a way of removing them as beneficiaries on my account and managing the payments manually. I have never defaulted on a payment and for each complaint i have had i have called their call centre and honestly literally kept my cool. but now im ANGRY and the funny thing is i am an Attorney so i would be more than willing to play hard ball with them. HOW DO THEY DEBIT AN ACCOUNT TWICE AND NOT NOTICE?? surely they should have quality control management systems, a system fault is an inherent risk but surely at their level they should have systems or a plan to deter this risk or at least keep it to the minimum. further they debit twice so FAST but are so slow and inefficient when they have to refund the money they in essence!
