I sms'd through to get a quote from Outsurance to see if they could beat what I'm currently paying. I received a reference number from them and that they would call me back, which they did and going through a 20minute call eventually got the quote which is R300 more than I'm currently paying. Call received on the 29th of May 2013 and still up to today I have not received any R400 in my account they promised. So if they make the promises to pay if they can't beat what you currently paying and don't deliver, imagine what the service would be like once you're a customer of theirs. Highly dissapointed in an insurance company that I was thinking of taking a life policy from. Not a chance.
