As an independent short term broker i deal with many insurers/administrators. I can confidently say Caron Fawcet is by far the best consultant i have ever experienced. What makes her a cut about the rest is that she takes ownership of a query, eliminates bureaucracy, resolves issues in a fair and unbiased manner for the benefit of our industry at large. She understands the importance of client retention. I trust her implicitly when communicating with my clients when there is a need and is always a source of credible useful information. To A&G i say, it is because of Caron that you continue to receive business from me. The retention of her skills/abilities should be of paramount importance to you.
