I would like to bring to your attention lack of customer service from this blue bank because all they do is respond to a Hellopeter with a standard response that they have escalated the query but its been almost three weeks that i have been waiting for just a call to tell me a resolution to my query. I am been billed over R2000 for an account that i requested to be closed and all of this is my fault as they always say. Firstly i came into the back to request that i be give the accounts i was paying from my account so that i can move them to FNB and this was done and instead on the consultant advising me of the procedure to close the account nothing was said and now they are quickly to run and send my account to their lawyers. I think this business disregards that that they also operate within the fias legislated environment because they think they can just do as they please. I will take up this issue with the ombudsman because i will not just pay R2000 which i worked hard for because they think they deserve for nothing. Why was my matter not given the required attention, but it easy to answer that because i dont matter. I will be posting my complaint on twitter and FB.
